How to get to your apartment in Tuscany by train, by car or by plane
By car
If you decide to come to Vada by car:
by North: get the highway A12 southwards (Roma/grosseto) up to the exit of Rosignano Marittimo.
From Florence: get into the highway A11 (E76) direction Livorno up to the highway A12 (E80) or get into the SGC FI-PI-LI direction Livorno; after Collesalvetti get into the highway A12(E80) southwards (Roma/Grosseto), exit Rosignano Marittimo. The centre of Vada is only 5 km away.
Coming by south: get into the highway A12 (E80) northwards (Genova), exit Civitavecchia. Follow the indications to Cecina, get into the SS1 Aurelia Livorno/Grosseto. Exit Cecina Nord, follow the indications to the centre of Vada, 5 km away.
When you reach Vada follow the indications to "La Mazzanta" and then Villa Mazzanta for 3 more km.
Train:
train is a good option to reach Vada and a starting point for daily trips.
The main train station is in Cecina, even if trains also leave from Vada and Rosignano; to get to the train station it only takes 5/10 minutes by bus or by taxi.
By airplane
the nearest airport is in Pisa (International airport Galileo Galilei); it takes 40 /45 minutes to come to Vada and it also would be possible to rent a car there.
